• keeping up to date tourist information website of the  Tvarditsa Municipality;
• organizing seminars;
• organizing picnics near the interesting natural objects;
• providing tourist equipment rental;
• assisting in of renting transports for groups and individual tourists;
• organizing one-day and multi-day trips and hiking trips;
• assistance in booking in accommodation and recreation establishments;
• assistance in hiring qualified mountain guides;
• organizes ski camps for students;
• participates in tourism fairs;
• organizes permanent exhibitions;
• collection of tourism tax.
