Hotels and restaurants
 

Hotel or restaurant business is done by a merchant under the Commercial Law or a legal person entitled to conduct business under any other law, including the State law  State of an EU member or  another country within the European Economic Area.

Persons, who practice hotel or restaurant business, as well as the categorized tourist sites, are listed within the National Tourism Register.
