The Baykusheva Mura (a white fir) is the oldest tree in Bulgaria – more than 1300 years old. It is more than 25 meters in diameter, about 2.2 meters and almost 8 meters long. It attracts many tourists who visit the Pirin Mountain.
Accessibility: During the summer season the Baykusheva Mura can be reached by foot along the marked paths towards huts "Banderitsa" and "Vihren" for about 4.30 hours
Transport accessibility: Road, the tree is next to the road which connects Bansko with the two huts.
Tourist infrastructure: huts "Banderitsa" and "Vihren"
